Nice to meet you! My name is Cherry Newman and I am the founder of Bride Buddy. A premium Celebrant service for your ceremony in France and your wedding in Kefalonia, Greece. Making your day so completely memorable and special for you both by creating a bespoke ceremony that is as unique as you are, full of warmth, fun and friendliness. My job is to create the best, most special memories for my couples. How lucky am I and how cool is that!

So why France & Greece? You can find the whole story on the About Us page, but with a long career as a UK Registrar, Bride Buddy was born after my husband and I moved to Kefalonia. With the team continuing the work there, I moved permanently to France to be nearer to family, continuing as a professional celebrant offering unique personal ceremonies that are bespoke, warm, friendly and fun. With over 20 years’ professional experience, my knowledge is second to none and I am here for you with help, guidance and advice throughout the process, not just for your ceremony.
Getting to know you better with a fun, friendly, and professional attitude.I will work with you, having some fun along the way, meaning that on the day, we won’t be strangers – but friends. Every couple is different and that’s why each ceremony is tailor-made, making sure that your wedding is exactly how you want it to be.
Making your dream wedding a reality by offering alternative ceremonies without the restrictions that exist with a civil ceremony. This is your chance to leave traditional rules and regulations behind. As a couple you are unique - so why not your ceremony too? Talk to me about adding some symbolic rituals that can enhance your ceremony such as hand fasting, honey or cocktail ceremonies, sand or even tree planting rituals.
Bespoke, personal and affordable, I offer ceremonies full of fun and warmth from a super friendly professional. I will work with you - one to one, to create a wedding that has special significance to you both. I also offer help and guidance on any legalities involved, and plenty of sound advice from our blog page.
